Mark Luttner is the Managing Partner of Luttner Passov Investment Group based in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to this role, Mark founded a boutique commercial real estate investment brokerage under the name Luttner Real Estate Investment Services which operated from 2010-2018. Mark has transacted $1.5 billion of commercial real estate investment sales in his career. Real Capital Analytics ranks Mark among the top commercial real estate investment brokers nationally. Mark’s client list includes a who’s who of Developers, Investors and Institutions including LRC Realty, Jacobs Real Estate Services, Visconsi Companies and Fitzpatrick Enterprises among many others. Mark has been a member of the Board of Directors for Flashes of Hope, a charitable organization that raises money to accelerate a cure for pediatric cancer.
Steve is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran and owner of Passov Real Estate Group. He has been named a Crain’s Cleveland’s Top 40 under 40 and consistently ranks as one of the top brokers in Northeast Ohio. Steve continues to gain a more in-depth knowledge of the real estate spectrum through his involvement in development/redevelopment, ownership, management and brokerage.
Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and has participated in sales and leasing transactions totaling more than $600M in value. Dan has extensive experience in representing developers, institutions and private investors in investment property dispositions across all asset types and is widely regarded as a market leader in sales of government leased assets. In his more than 20 year career, Dan has assembled a substantial list of satisfied clients that can only be produced through trust and results.
Steven has been in real estate for 15 years and currently specializes in commercial investment sales. Prior to this, he represented developers in pre-leasing retail centers in addition to retail tenant representation. Steven is a Cleveland native who enjoys outdoor expeditions, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family.
